  • During all phases of testing transmission performed as expected. Temperature was considered acceptable by diagnostic technician. Nothing was wrong with fluid coloration. Nothing was found in the diagnostic scan. The sound the customer is hearing is the throttle body interacting with the cold air intake, which is considered normal. There is no issue with the cooling fan. No problems seem to be present.

  • Inspection found the DEF tank to be frozen. Possible heater issue. The electrical issue turned out to be the main positive terminal with the fuses and breakers being loose. Poor contact made the whole system read incorrectly and lead to the overcharge. Tightened cable. All systems ok. No check engine lights.
  • Remove and replace passenger low beam headlight
